摘　　要：[目的]观察柴芍健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。[方法]选择90例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组40例。治疗组服中药柴芍健脾汤治疗,对照组口服多潘立酮治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率为67.5%。两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]柴芍健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良有显著疗效。[ Objective ] To observe Chaishao Spleen Decoction clinical efficacy of functional dyspepsia. [ Methods ] 90 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group of 50 patients in the control group of 40 patients. Chinese herb treatment group spleen decoction Chaishao the control group was treated with domperidone. ~Results]The group, the total effective rate was 88% in the control group, the total effective rate was 67.5%. The total effective two groups, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclu- sion] Caishao Tang in treating functional dyspepsia spleen a significant effect.
