摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟益肾通淋汤治疗小儿地敏性紫癜肾炎的疗效。[方法]60例分为两组,每组30例,治疗组用益肾通淋汤治疗,对照组用潘生丁加雷公藤片治疗。[结果]治疗组治愈19例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%;对照组治愈7例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率63.3%。[结论]自拟益肾通淋汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎疗效显著。[ Objective ] To observe the self - treatment of children with ~ishen Tonglin Tang allergic purpu- ra nephritis. [Methods]60 cases were divided into two groups, each group 30 cases, the treatment group trea- ted with Yishen Tonglin Tang, the control group treated with dipyridamole Dinca Tripterygium tablets. [ Re- sults] 19 patients were cured and effective 9 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.3% ; control group, 7 cases were cured, effective in 12 cases, 11 cases, the total effective rate 63.3%. [ Conclusion] De- coction with Yishen Tonglin Tang allergic purpura nephritis in children significantly.
