摘　　要：[目的]观察益气活血通络中药外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。[方法]符合诊断标准的糖尿病周围神经病变48例,在控制血糖等基础治疗上加用中药外洗,按照尼莫地平法进行疗效评价,对比治疗前后症状积分。[结果]显效14例(29.17%),有效29例(60.42%),无效5例(10.42%),总有效率89.58%。[结论]益气活血通络之方外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床疗效。[ Objective] To observe the clinical effects on diabetic peripheral neuropathy by the treatment of external washing method with herbal formula of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation. [ Method] To compare the symptom scores of 48 patients before and after the treatment who were diagnosed between Mar. 2007 and Mar. 2009. [Result]The effective rate was 29.17% , the significant effective rate was 60.42% , the invalid rate was 10.42% , the total effective rate was 89.58%. [ Conclusion] It is good clinical effects on dia- betic peripheral neuropathy by the treatment of external washing method with herbal formula of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation.
