针刺治疗颈肩综合征29例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺在治疗颈肩综合征治疗中的作用。[方法]将57例分为两组,治疗组29例采用针刺治疗。对照组28例采用西药治疗。[结果]治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.3%,67.9%,经统计学处理,P<0.05,差异具有显著性意义。[结论]针刺治疗颈肩综合征,不但效果优于对照组,而且较对照组具有安全性,副作用小等特点,值得进一步的推广。[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of neck - shoulder syndrome in treating ache. [ Methods ] 57 patients with ache were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group of 29 cases was treated with acupuncture and the control group of 28 cases, with medical. [ Results ] The total efficacy rate of treatment group and control group were 87.8% and 70.2%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Neck - shoulder syndrome has an exact therapeutic effect on ache without toxic side effects, it is worth further promotion.
