摘  要:目的:建立猪苓复合多糖含量的测定方法。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸分光光度法测定猪苓复合多糖中多糖的含量,并对其最佳反应条件进行了实验。结果:该方法显示葡萄糖在0.0080~0.0640 g/L范围内,葡萄糖质量浓度与吸光度具有良好的线性关系。其平均回收率为98.01%,相对标准偏差(RSD)值为2.17%。结论:该方法精密度高、重现性好,可用于猪苓复合多糖的含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for measurement of the contents of polyporus umbellatus compound polysaccharides.Methods:The contents of polyporus umbellatus compound polysaccharides were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid spectrophotometry method,and the best reaction condition was decided by experiments.Results:The linear relationship between glucose mass concentration and absorbance was well when glucose was at 0.0080~0.0640 g/L.And the average recovery was 98.01%,relative standard deviation was 2.17%.Conclusion:The method is of high precision,convenience,and good quality to measure the contents of polyporus umbellatus compound polysaccharides.
