血浆BNP-CRP-血小板联合检测与慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过联合检测血浆B钠尿肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和血小板(PLT)水平与心功能的分级(NYHA)之间的关系,进行三者与充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的相关性研究。方法:选取CHF患者86例为一组,分别动态监测其血浆BNP、CRP及PLT水平,并选52名健康志愿者为对照组。结果:慢性充血性心衰患者血浆BNP、CRP与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),慢性充血性心衰患者的血小板(PLT)计数与对照组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),慢性充血性心衰患者血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),慢性心衰患者平均血小板体积(MPV)与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。BNP、CRP与CHF严重程度有关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:血浆BNP、CRP、PDW、MPV在CHF患者中明显升高,且升高幅度与病情的严重性相一致,对疗效观察和病情转归的判断有一定的临床价值。Objective：To investigate the relation of the plasma levels of BNP,CRP and platelet to NYHA to explore the correlation of the 3 indexes with congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods：The plasma levels of BNP,CRP and platelet were dynamically monitored in 86 patients with CHF and 52 healthy individuals.Results：There were significant differences in plasma levels of BNP and CRP between the patients and controls（P0.01）.However,there was no marked difference in plasma level of platelet between the 2 groups（P0.05）.There were remarkable differences in PDW and MPV between the 2 groups（P0.05,0.01）.The plasma levels of BNP and CRP were associated with severity of CHF（P0.01,0.05）.Conclusion：The detection of plasma BNP,CRP,PDW and MPV can be used to monitor the disease course of CHF.
