摘　　要：目的：总结脊柱侧弯矫形术中唤醒试验的麻醉体会。方法：回顾分析我院2007-2009年9例脊柱侧凸矫形术麻醉处理的临床资料,并总结经验。结果：9例患者唤醒均成功,唤醒质量满意。结论：丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼靶控输注用于脊柱侧弯矫形术的麻醉是一种较为理想的方法。Objective：To summarize the anesthesia experience of awaken test during the corrective surgery of scoliosis.Method： To reviewed and analyzed the clinical date of 9 cases of scoliosis from 2007 to 2009.Result：The successful times and quality of wake up were satisfied.Conclusion： Target controlled infusion with propofil and remifentanyl is a proper anesthetic method for the corrective surgery of scoliosis.
