摘 要:用渣钢铁冶炼生产合格铸钢锭可以充分合理应用金属资源,其关键问题是降低钢水中的非金属夹杂物数量。在用EBT+LF+模铸工艺的生产条件下,对精炼渣成分、预脱氧和吹氩精炼制度进行了试验和分析。结果表明:应用合适碱度和渣量的CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO渣系造渣,然后在每吨钢中加入1.2 kg硅铝钙钡进行预脱氧,并在精炼的不同阶段配合不同流量和时间的吹氩处理后,可使钢水中T[O]的质量分数降低至40×10-6以下,夹杂物特别是大颗粒夹杂物(D≥50~80μm)数量减少50%以上,使钢锭的铸造合格率从85.7%提高到100%。Qualified cast ingot of large transect,produced by steel and iron with slag,can be used to make solid waste are fully utilized.The key issue was to reduce the amount of non-metallic inclusions in molten steel.It was carried on the experiment and the analysis for the system of the refining slag ingredient,pre-deaeration and blowing the argon fining craft by adopting EBT+LF+Die casting craft.The result indicated that applying CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO slag with appropriate alkalinity and dregs quantity to slagging and then pre-deoxidizing by the alloy of SiAlBaCa [addition:1.2kg/t(steel)],blowing the Argon in different period of fining craft with different flow and time.After treatment,T[O] content in steel has been reduced below 40×10-6,the amount of inclusions in steel,especially large granular inclusions(D≥50-80μm) decreased more than 50%.The steel ingot casting qualified rate from 85.7% enhanced to 100%.
