摘 要:红外遥感仪器通常采用深低温工作的红外探测器,设计了一种基于长短信业务(LSMS)的数据采集与远程监控系统,用于遥感器红外探测器地面低温工作检测试验,实现了中波和短波红外探测器温度、制冷机输入参数及试验环境参数的精确测量及试验数据的自动采集、保存与处理;系统采用长短信发送模块实现红外探测器检测平台采集数据的远程自动发送、试验故障的自动报警和远程指令控制等功能,使得测试平台更具智能化。长期应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定,性能可靠,很好地满足了红外探测器低温工作地面检测需要,适合于科研实验和工程项目中使用。Infrared detector used in infrared remote sensor usually works in very low temperature. A data acquisition and remote measurement & control system is designed based on long short message service (LSMS), which is used for the cryo-test of infrared detector on the ground. The system can precisely measure the temperature of medium wave and short wave infrared detector, input parameters of cyro-cooler and the parameters of test environment. The system also realizes automatic acquisition, storage and processing of the experiment data. The test task of infrared detector can be remotely performed through LSMS sending device, which makes the system more intelligent. The system can send test data to remote terminal and has automatic alarm function and remote control function for malfunction test. The results of long-time application demonstrate that the system features high stability and reliability, satisfies the cryo-test requirements of infrared detector on the ground and is suitable for experiments of science & research and engineering applications.
