摘 要:研制了一套适用于冷轧带钢的接触式分片内孔压磁式板形仪,并将其应用于1050HC冷轧机。利用有限元建模,对新型检测辊的结构型式、信号传输和处理方法等进行优化设计,并对板形检测信号进行合理补偿,弥补实际工况对板形检测信号的干扰误差。工业应用验证了该板形仪结构合理,使用周期长,检测信号稳定不失真,检测精度很高,为冷轧带钢板形闭环控制奠定了基础。A contact shape meter with new structure, called multi-roll-piece inner bore piezomagnetic shape meter, is developed for cold-rolled steel strip, and it is applied to 1050HC cold rolling mill. Optimization design of the structure of the shape meter roll is carried out and the shape signal is compensated properly from several perspectives, such as shape meter roll deflection, strip temperature and amplitude-frequency characteristic, and etc. Application result shows that the new shape meter has the advantages of rational structure, stronger anti-interference ability, signal stability and credibility, high-precision and long service life. The successful application of this shape meter realizes the measurement of strip shape in real-time, and lays a solid foundation for shape control. Moreover, the successful development and manufacture of the new shape meter realize the production of flatness measurement devices in China, localize several key technologies, improve the equipment level of domestic rolling mills, and sequentially save foreign currency for steel enterprises.
