摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻丘径路开放额窦口治疗额窦病变的疗效和安全性。方法35例(60侧)患者在鼻内镜下开放鼻丘前壁,经鼻丘后内上方开放额窦,清除阻塞额窦口引流的病变组织,并开放额窦口直径>7 mm。结果术中均找到额窦开口,无严重并发症发生,术后随访6～18个月,痊愈32侧,有效25侧,无效3侧。结论鼻内镜下经鼻丘径路微创治疗额窦病变,手术视野好,操作安全,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of endoscopic frontal sinus surgery through the agger nasi cell.Methods Thirty five adult patients（60 sides）with frontal sinus lesions received endoscopic frontal sinus surgery by using agger nasi cell approach.The lesions blocking the ostia of frontal sinus were removed and the ostia were enlarged till the diameter greater than 7 mm.Results The ostia of frontal sinus were successfully opened with this method in all cases.No serious complication occurred.After 6 to 18 months following-up postoperatively,the symptoms of the frontal sinus disappeared in 32 sides,improved in 25 sides,and were not changed in 3 sides.Conclusion Surgical procedure through the agger nasi cell is a safe and effective surgical model for frontal sinus lesions,and is therefore worthy of broad recommendation.
