摘　　要：目的探索医科大学生冲动状况及其影响因素,为改变大学生冲动状况提供理论依据。方法采用冲动量表、家庭功能问卷、Beck抑郁问卷、生命质量量表,对整群抽取的某医科大学8468名学生进行调查。结果冲动量表总分平均为(35.77±11.50)分,计划冲动、行动冲动、认知冲动3个分量表平均得分分别为(37.34±15.42),(33.36±14.98)和(36.60±11.99)分。单因素分析显示,生命质量、家庭功能、抑郁、恋爱状况、学制和年级等对冲动总分的影响均有统计学意义。计划冲动、行动冲动和认知冲动的影响因素和量表总分的影响因素不完全一致。多元线性回归显示,生命质量和家庭功能是保护因素,抑郁是危险因素;正在恋爱中的学生更容易冲动;女生比男生更容易冲动;对专业满意度越高,冲动性越低;高年级的学生冲动得分较高。结论需采取必要措施,缓解大学生冲动状况,从而减少因冲动造成的危害事件。Objective To explore influential factors of impulsive status of the medical students,so as to provide evidence for modifying impulsive status. Methods 8 468 medical college students were surveyed with questionnaire about family function（APGAR）,impulsiveness scale,depression scale（BDI）,quality of life scale and so on in one medical university in Anhui Province. Results The total score of impulsiveness among female students was higher than that among male students and with significant difference. There were significant associations with impulse among grade,economic condition of the family,student category,status of love affair and the specialty satisfaction degree. But these factors did not completely accord with the influencing factors of three divisions （plan,motor,cognitive） of impulsiveness. Multivariable analysis revealed that quality of life and family function were the protect factors,but depression was the risk factor. It was more likely to impulse among students who were falling in love,unsatisfied with his specialty,in good economic condition of the family and senior-grade. Conclusion More attention should be paid to impulsiveness in medical college students. Corresponding method of intervention should be used to modifying their impulsive status and prevent accident from impulsiveness.
