摘　　要：《容成氏》主要记述了上古帝王的事迹,内容十分重要,其学派归属也引起了学者的讨论。从儒墨两家典籍记载的尧舜禹禅让之不同的分析、本篇叙述史事的语气及楚地出土的大量先秦文献之类别等方面来看,其属于儒家文献应该是可以肯定的。'Rong Cheng Shi' is one article in the Warring States Chu bamboo scripts collected by Shanghai Museum.It mainly records the ancient legends of the Antiquity kings and is a valuable historical document.Since it was made public,the academic circles have done much research.This paper discuses the school of thought ownership of Rong Cheng Shi,and thinks that it belongs to the Confucianism literature.
