摘 要:目的:对诺如病毒(norovirus,NoV)NoV/Jiangmen056/2006/china和NoV/Jiangmen380/2006/china株进行重组鉴定分析。方法:用JV12Y/JV13I、COG2F/GⅡSKR、JV12Y/GⅡSKR三对引物对NoV基因组不同区域分别进行RT-PCR,PCR产物纯化回收、测序,利用ClustalX、MEGA4.1、SimPlot3.5.1软件分析其基因序列。结果:NoV/Jiangmen056/2006/china株由Lordsdal株的RdRp区和Mexico株的capsid区重组而成,而NoV/Jiangmen380/2006/china株由NLV/VannesL169/2000株的RdRp区和SaKaeo-53株的capsid区重组而成。结论:NoV/Jiangmen056/2006/china和NoV/Jiangmen380/2006/china是两种不同型别NoV重组株,而后者是国内首次检出的新型GⅡ.bNoV重组株,上述结果丰富了我国重组NoV的研究资料。Objective To identify and analyze the recombinant norovirus (NoV)/Jiangmen056/2006/China and NoV/Jiangmen380/2006/China. Methods Different regions of NoV genome were respectively amplified by primers of JV12Y/JV13I, COG2F/G II SKR and JV12Y/G II SKR using RT-PCR. The products were purified, sequenced and then analyzed by softwares of Clustal X, MEGA4.1, and SimPlot3.5.1. Results The NoV/Jiangmen056/2006/China strain was identified as a recombinant of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) region of Lordsdal strain and capsid region of Mexico strain, and NoV/Jiangmen380/2006/China strain was a recombinant of RdRp region of NLV/ VannesL169/2000 strain and capsid region of SaKaeo-53 strain. Conclusion NoV/Jiangmen 056/2006/China strain and NoV/Jiangmen380/2006/China strain are two different NoV recombinant strain, and NoV/Jiangmen380/2006/ china strain is a novel G II .b NoV recombinant strain, which may supply important information to study the NoV recombination in China
