摘　　要：目的:探讨罗库溴铵(ROC)按体表面积给药的量-效关系,并确定其ED95值。方法:全身麻醉择期手术患者80例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级。采用单次剂量法按体表面积计算ROC的给药剂量,根据剂量不同随机分为4组:R4组(每平方米体表面积4mg,4mg/m2)、R5组(5mg/m2)、R6组(6mg/m2)、R7组(7mg/m2),每组20例。采用HXD-Ⅰ型多功能监护仪中力-移位换能器进行肌松监测,刺激尺神经,监测拇内收肌四个成串刺激(TOF)中第一个肌颤搐反应(T1)最大抑制的百分率,并将其进行概率单位转换,单次ROC剂量进行对数转换,用直线回归方法建立其剂量-反应曲线,并计算出ROCED95值;记录ROC起效时间。结果:患者的一般情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T1最大抑制百分率随剂量增加而增大(P<0.01);起效时间各剂量组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);ROC按体表面积给药的ED95为8.32mg/m2。结论:采用单次剂量法按体表面积给药测得ROC的ED95为8.32mg/m2。Objective To establish the dose-response curve of rocuronium and evaluate the ED95 of rocuronium in patients administrated according to body surface area. Methods Eighty ASA I or H patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled in this study. Patients with neuromuscular disease were excluded and no patient was taking any drugs that may influence the effects of muscle relaxant. Anesthesia was induced with propofol 2 mg/kg and fentanyl 3 ug/kg. The patients were randomized to receive rocuronium 4 mg/m2（group R4）, 5 mg/m2（group R5）, 6 mg/m2 （group R6） and 7mg/m2（group R7） respectively. Neuromuscular function was monitored and recorded with the transducer of force-displacement of HXD- I muhifunction monitor. Body temperature was maintained at 36.0 - 36.9℃ and room temperature at 22 - 25℃ during the induction of anesthesia. The responses of adductor pollieis muscle were defined in terms of the percentages of maximal suppression in T1 of train-of-four （TOF） stimulation of ulnar nerve. According to log-probit transformation of the data of dose and response, the dose-response curve of rocuronium was established through linear regression. The onset time of rocuronium was also observed. Results There were no significant differences in sex, age, body weight, height, body mass index and body surface area among 4 groups （P 〉 0.05）. The percentages of maximal suppression of T1 rose when increasing the dose of rocuronium （P 〈 0.01）. No significant changes in onset time among 4 groups（P 〉 0.05）. The ED95 of rocuronium was 8.32 mg/m2. Conclusion The ED95 of rocuronium is 8.32 mg/m2.
