摘　　要：分析了国产涤纶FDY油剂TFDY-98的润湿、摩擦、抗静电、耐热等性能,并与日本进口油剂进行了比较。结果表明,TFDY-98油剂具有良好的润湿性、适宜的摩擦特性、优异的抗静电性、较好的耐热性。TFDY-98油剂经使用,纺丝过程中发烟小、成型好、白粉少,成品满卷率达到95.1%,A级品率达到97.9%,油剂消耗为9.983 kg/t,染色均匀度为4.0级,能满足FDY纺丝和后加工的要求。The wettability, friction coefficient, antistatic behavior and heat resistance of home-made polyester FDY finish oil TFDY-98 were analyzed and compared with those of the finish oil imported from Japan. The results showed that the finish oil TFDY-98 bad fairly good wettability, moderate friction property, excellent antistatic behavior and good heat resistance. The industrial application proved that finish oil TFDY-98 had the characteristics of low smoke generation, good fiber formation and low powder generation and offered the full package rate up to 95.1% , the first-grade rate 97.9%, oil consumption 9. 983 kg/t and dyeing evenness of level 4.0. This finish oil satisfied the requirements of FDY spinning process and after processing.
