摘 要:实验采用热处理法制备了滴状冷凝传热的硅橡胶膜强化传热管,107硅橡胶为最佳的制备材料,其水接触角为106.8°。传热效果较好传热管的制备条件为4%硅橡胶铸膜液、热处理温度350℃及惰性环境中处理1h,其热通量比沟槽管提高了约10%,比普通管提高了约80%左右;冷凝侧传热系数比沟槽管提高了30%,比普通管提高了约4倍左右。采用红外对制备的107硅橡胶膜强化传热管进行了表征,经过热处理硅橡胶会产生交联缩合。The enhanced heat transfer tubes of silicone rubber membranes for condensation heat transfer of drops were prepared using the heat treatment method in experiments,107 silicone rubber was the optimum material,their water contact angle was 106.8°.The preparation condition of the heat transfer tubes with relatively high efficiency was 4% casting membrane solution of silicone rubber,heat treatment temperature at 350℃,and one hour treatment in inert environments.The heat flux of the tubes was increased by 10% than that of fluted tubes,increased by about 80% than that of conventional tubes;the heat transfer coefficient of the tubes was increased by 30% than that of fluted tubes at condensation side,increased by about 400% than that of conventional tubes.The enhanced heat transfer tubes of 107 silicone rubber membrane prepared using infrared rays were characterized,crosslink condensation occurred in silicone rubber after heat treatment.
