摘　　要：新医改中"加快形成多元办医格局"的出台,给举步难艰的民营医院的发展带来了一阵暖风。运用PEST分析法对民营医院生存发展的政治、经济、社会、技术环境进行分析,有助于为政府制定政策和该领域的管理提供相关参考。By introducing a policy of speeding up multi - form medical services in the New Reform of Medical and Health Care System, it has favored the private hospitals＇ development. The political, economic, social and technical environment for the private hospitals＇ survival and development were studied by PEST analysis, which should be helpful to provide reference for the government in formulating policies and management measures.
