摘  要:以月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸的最低共熔物和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基本原料,以偶氮二异丁腈作引发剂,采用本体聚合法制备了一种复合定形相变蓄热材料。SEM和POM测试结果表明脂肪酸在基体中分散均匀,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯对脂肪酸具有包覆固定作用,复合材料在相变蓄热过程中无液体泄露。采用DSC、FT-IR、TG等测试技术对复合相变材料的热性能、结构特征及热稳定性等进行表征,结果表明脂肪酸与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的复合方式为物理共混,脂肪酸含量不同的各定形相变材料均保持了脂肪酸的相变蓄热性能,且具有良好的热稳定性。脂肪酸在复合相变材料中的理想质量分数为70%,此时复合材料的相变潜热为113.2kJ/kg。该类复合相变蓄热材料克服了脂肪酸在相变过程中的熔化泄露问题,制备成本较低,工艺简单,在建筑太阳能利用等领域具有潜在的应用价值。A kind of composite shape-stabilized phase change material (SSPCM) based on lauric acid-myristic acid eutectic as core material,polymethyl methacrylate as polymer matrix and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator were prepared by self-polymerization method.SEM and POM analysis showed that fatty acid were coated by PMMA so as to be immobilized even being heated above the melted point.The compatibility between fatty acid and PMMA,thermal properties and thermal stability of the composite PCMs were investigated by Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric (TG),respectively.The results indicate that fatty acid and PMMA have no chemical reaction and exhibit good compatibility with each other.The prepared SSPCM keep the excellent thermal energy storage performances with proper phase change temperature and high latent heat,and has better resistance to the high temperature than the pure fatty acid.The optimal mass fraction of lauric-myristic acid eutectic was determined to be 70% in the composite PCM.It can be concluded that this kind of fatty acid/PMMA SSPCM with the advantages of no seakage of liquid,low cost and simple process has potential values in solar application for building energy conservation.
