益气活血解毒汤对动脉硬化患者血清MMP-9、CRP及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者治疗前后血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血脂的变化,探讨其对AS稳定性的影响及相关机制。方法患者随机分为两组,对照组20例,采用常规西药治疗,治疗组20例,在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气活血解毒汤,疗程均为3周。治疗前后分别测定两组MMP-9、CRP、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果对照组治疗后MMP-9、CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C及HDL-C变化不明显,治疗组治疗后HDL-C增高,MMP-9、TC、LDL-C、CRP明显下降。治疗组TC、LDL-C、CRP、MMP-9和HDL-C的改善优于对照组。结论益气活血解毒汤可稳定AS斑块,其机制可能为调脂、抗炎、抑制基质金属蛋白酶。Objective： To observe the influence of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction on the serum MMP -9 and CRP in patients with atherosclerosis（AS） and to investigate its mechanism. Methods： The patients with AS were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （20 cases） was treated with conventional western medicine, The trial group （20 cases） was treated with Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction and conventional western medicine, The therapeutic course was 3 weeks, the levels of triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL - C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL - C）, Matrix metalloproteinase - 9 （MMP - 9） and C - creative protein （CRP） were detected at baseline 3 weeks after treatment in two groups. Results： In control group after treatment, the levels of TG, TC, LDL - C, HDL - C, MMP - 9and CRP were not significantly changed. In trial group after treatment, the level of HDL - C increased obviously, the level of MMP - 9 decreased obviously, the levels of TC, LDL - C And CRP were significantly decreased. Compared with the control group, the levels of TC, LDL - C, CRP and MMP - 9 of the trial group were decreased obviously. HDL- C was increased obviously. These differences were significant. Conclusion： Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction has an antifunction on atherosclerosis. It depends most probably on regulating the serum lipid and anti - inflammation and inhibiting the expression of MMP - 9.
