Influence of Qingwenbaidu Decoction on Basic Vital Signs of Rats with Summer Heat Syndrome in Febrile Disease

摘  要:目的探寻清瘟败毒饮治疗温病暑热证大鼠的作用机理。方法通过高温环境、醋酸铅致敏和静脉注射脂多糖的综合方法制作大鼠温病暑热证模型,颈总动脉置入导管,动态观察清瘟败毒饮对温病暑热证大鼠模型肛温、脉搏、呼吸、收缩压、舒张压和脉压差的影响。结果大剂量清瘟败毒饮组大鼠的呼吸频率快于空白对照组、休克对照组、小剂量清瘟败毒饮组;各组肛温、脉搏、收缩压、舒张压和脉压差相近,不同时点各种生命体征之间的差异有统计学意义。结论清瘟败毒饮能增快温病暑热证大鼠模型的呼吸频率,但未发现能够对肛温、脉搏、收缩压、舒张压和脉压差产生影响;大鼠模型的各种生命体征随时间的推移呈明显的动态变化。Objective: To explore the mechanism of summer heat syndrome of epidemic febrile disease with Qingwenbaidu Decoction. Methods: Summer heat syndrome rat model of epidemic febrile disease was indued by high temperature environment, plumbi acetas infusion and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) infusion through vein. Pipe was inserted into arteria carotis communis of rats and the treated group received intragastric administration of Qingwenbaidu Decoction. Then the influence on rectal temperature, arterial pulse, respiration, contractive pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure of rats were observed many times. Results: The respiration of large - dose Qingwenbaidu Decoction group was statistically faster than the blank control group, the shock control group and the low- dose Qingwenbaidu Decoction group. There was no statistical significance between these groups in rectal temperature, arterial pulse, contractive pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure. But all the vital signs between different measuring time were statistically different. Conclusion: Qingwenbaidu Decoction can increase breathing frequency of summer heat syndrome rats of epidemic febrile disease. But it can not influence rectal temperature, arterial pulse, contractive pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure. All the vital signs of rats shows a conspicuous dynamic change with the lapse of time.
