摘  要:介绍了采用双真空冶炼工艺和电渣重熔冶炼工艺生产新型不锈轴承钢的研究情况。研究结果表明,采用真空感应炉+真空自耗炉(双真空)冶炼工艺生产的新型不锈轴承钢6Cr14Mo,钢中氧含量为0.0005%,而电渣钢的氧含量为0.0029%。双真空钢的氧化物夹杂数量较少、颗粒尺寸也比较细小。双真空钢的碳化物尺寸、形态及分布均优于电渣钢。双真空钢和电渣钢的接触疲劳额定寿命L10分别为0.66×107和0.40×107,前者是后者的1.65倍。The paper describes the study on the production of new stainless bearing steel with double vacuum melting process and electroslag remelting process.The study results show that the oxygen content in 6Cr14Mo new kind of stainless bearing steel produced by the melting process of vacuum induction furnace plus vacuum consumable electrode melting furnace(double vacuum) is 0.0005%,while the same stainless bearing steel produced with electroslag remelting process is 0.0029%.There are fewer and finer oxide inclusions in double vacuum steel.The carbide size,pattern and distribution in double vacuum steel are better than that in electroslag remelting steel.The contact fatigue rating lives L10 for double vacuum steel and electroslag remelting steel are 0.66×107 and 0.40×107 respectively.The former is 1.65 folds of the latter.
