摘 要:为探讨H2O2处理条件与试样白度、色品指数的关系,对三倍体毛白杨原料进行碱性过氧化氢浸渍处理,研究处理条件对白度、明度、色度指标的影响。结果表明,增加H2O2和NaOH用量可明显提高白度和明度指数L,H2O2对白度和明度指数L的提高作用大于NaOH;碱性条件下进行H2O2处理,其白度的提高受到限制,NaOH用量过高时a和b值回升、明度下降;Na2SiO3有利于白度和明度指数L的提高,但加入量超过1.5%时对色度指数基本没有影响;升高处理温度可提高白度及明度,但温度超过70℃时各项指标变化不大;H2O2处理初期白度和明度指数迅速升高,色度指数a、b迅速下降,但30min后变化不大。In order to investigate the effect of hydrogen peroxide treatment process conditions on the brightness and chromaticity index of the pulp, the triploid populus tomentosa was pretreated with one stage APMP process, and the varied factors including the amount of sodium hydroxide and peroxide, temperature and time were evaluated. The results showed that the whiteness and lightness index (L^*) of the pulp were significantly improved with increasing of the amount of H2O2 and NaOH; H2O2 had more effective role than NaOH on improving the whiteness and lightness index (L^*) of the pulp; when H2O2 bleaching process were carried out under alkaline conditions, the improvement of the whiteness were subject to limitations. The color index (a^*, b^*) rebound when the amount of NaOH was too high; Na2SiO3 was very useful in improving the whiteness and lightness index (L^*) of the pulp, but there was no need to use too much; higher processing temperature increased pulp whiteness and lightness, but when the temperature exceeded 70℃, the indicators had little change; In the initial period of the hydrogen peroxide treatment, the whiteness and lightness index increased rapidly while pulp color index(a^*, b^*) decreased rapidly, but has little change after 30 minutes.
