摘  要:在实验室条件下,研究用次氯酸钠、过氧化氢和高锰酸钾3种不同氧化剂对含聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷高湿强纸进行氧化碎解处理,用可反映纸浆纤维分散情况的参数——β交织指数为主要考察依据,在化学品用量、体系pH值以及处理温度、处理时间相同的情况下,对适宜的碎浆化学品进行筛选,进一步对最佳化学试剂的碎浆工艺进行探讨。结果表明:适合于含聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷高湿强纸碎浆的最佳化学试剂为次氯酸钠,在次氯酸钠碎浆处理高湿强纸过程中,次氯酸钠用量4%(对绝干浆)、处理温度80℃、处理时间80min(分别在pH值为3处理40min,pH值为12处理40min)时,β交织指数为2.59,与空白样的β交织指数相差0.04。In this paper, three different kinds of oxidants, sodium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide, were used to decentralize high wet strength paper containing polyamide epichlorohydrin. Based on each oxidant, different reaction conditions and reaction time were studied in the laboratory respectively. According to beta interwoven index parameters, which reflects the dispersion of fibers, firstly, these three different oxidants were investigated to find out the adequate chemical reagent. Further investigations in series chemical dosage, pH value system, processing temperature and time were conducted to give out the optimum conditions, and then more application of suitable conditions was discussed. It was found that the proper oxidant for treatment was sodium hypochlorite. And the eorrespending appropriate conditions were: sodium hypochlorite dosage of 4% (of oven dry pulp), processing temperature of 80℃ ,the processing time of 80min (acid treatment 40min, alkali treatment 40min), under which beta interwoven index was 2.59, it was 0.04 difference compared to the blank sample.
