摘  要:研究冷冻调质对造纸污泥沉降及脱水性能的影响。试验结果表明,冷冻调质可加快造纸污泥的沉降速度,有效提高造纸污泥的脱水效率。当冷冻调质时间为9h时,造纸污泥在35min内的沉降率达到80%以上,在45~50kPa真空度下抽滤10min后泥饼的含水率约为61%,比没有经过冷冻调质的污泥泥饼含水率低17%。This paper studied on efficiency of paper mill sludge sedimentation and dewatering by freeze-thaw condition. The results showed that, freeze-thaw condition could improve sedimentation rate of paper mill sludge and efficiency of paper mill sludge dewatering effectively. Under the time of freeze is 9 hours, the sedimentation rate of paper sludge is more than 80% in 35min, the moisture content of mud cake reduced to about 61% after 10min air pump filtration in 45-50kPa vacuum, that is 17% lower than the mud cake which didn't threatened by freeze-thaw.
