液质联用分析鉴定罗格列酮的检测方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立降糖类中成药中非法添加化学药品罗格列酮的检测方法。方法:用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂色谱柱(柱头加装相同规格填料的预柱);以20mmol.L-1醋酸铵0.1%冰醋酸溶液-乙腈(40∶60)为流动相;质谱仪装配电喷雾电离源(ESI),源电压5KV,毛细管温度275℃,毛细管电压15V,鞘气流速1.05L·min-1,辅助气流速0.15L·min-1,正离子检测,采取一级全扫描及二级全扫描方式,质量范围100～1000。结果与结论:该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可以作为分析检测中成药中非法添加罗格列酮的检测方法。Objective ： In order to establish a method for the detection of Rosiglitazone illegally added into Chinese medicine. Method： C18 Column （with the precolumn added the same filler） ;Mobile phase： 20 mmol · L^-1 ammonium acetate -0. 1% glacial acetic acid solution-aeetonitrile（ 40： 60） ; HPLC-MS（ ESI）, source voltage 5 KV, capillary temperature 275 （C, capillary voltage 15 V, sheath gas flow rate 1.05 L · min^-1 , auxiliary gas flow rate 0. 15 L · min^-1 , positive ion detection, adopt first class and second class scan mode, mass range 100 - 1 000. Conclusion：The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect the Rosiglitazone illegally added into Chinese medicine.
