摘　　要：目的:建立跳骨胶囊中士的宁的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中马钱子中的士的宁进行定量分析。色谱柱为KromasilC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液和0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸溶液调pH值至2.8)(21∶79),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为260nm。结果:士的宁进样量在0.07970～0.9563μg内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=1.000),回收率102.4%(RSD=1.7%)。结论:方法可靠,准确、专属性强,可有效控制跳骨胶囊的质量。Objective：An HPLC method was established for the determination of strychnine in Tiaogu Capsules. Method：Kromasil C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.01 mol · L^- Sodium Heptanesulfonate and 0. 02 mol · L^- Potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate was mixed by equal volum （21：79, adjusted to pH 2. 8 with phosphoric acid） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- , and the detecting wavelentgth was 260 nm. Results：The linear range was 0. 079 70 -0. 956 3 μg （r = 1. 000） for strychnine. The average recovery rate of strychnine was 102. 4% （ RSD = 1.7% ）. Conclusion：The method is reliable,accurate and specific. It can be used for quality control of Tiaogu Capsules.
