摘　　要：从中医师分类情况、准入制度及专业技术资格的取得等方面分析我国中医医师执业管理现状,认为中医师执业分类较为笼统,专科医师制度尚未建立,不利于中医人才的成长及中医药的传承,我们认为中医医师应按二级学科分类管理,实行专科医师准入制度。通过优化、完善中医医师执业管理制度,促进中医人才健康成长,促进中医药事业的发展。The status of Chinese medicine physician practice administration is analyzed from the perspectives of systematic system, access system and professional and technical qualifications. That too general with a vague orientation of Chinese medicine physician classification and no diplomat system are not benefit for Chinese medicine physician development and are not benefit for traditional Chinese medicine development. Chinese medicine physician will be considered to be classified by second class discipline management and Chinese medicine specialist physician access system should be implemented. Chinese medicine physician and Chinese medicine will be healthy developed by enhancing and optimizing physician practice administration.
