摘　　要：国内医疗纠纷案件的大量增加,占据了大量的司法资源,也严重影响了医患双方的利益,本文通过对第三方调解模式的探讨,希望建立医患之间的第三者,在医疗纠纷案件的处理中发挥积极作用,妥善有效地处理医疗纠纷案件、促进社会的和谐发展。With the increasing medical dispute case in China, judicial resources have been tied up, hospital and patients＇ interest has also seriously influenced. The application of third party mediation mechanism in resolving medical dispute is discussed to help resolving medical dispute and improving society harmonious development.
