老年2型糖尿病患者外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病患者淋巴细胞的免疫功能及其临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞术对60例老年2型糖尿病患者及56例非糖尿病对照组的外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果:老年2型糖尿病组外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型检测中,CD3+、CD4+、CD19+、NK细胞比例及CD4+/CD8+之值较对照组显著降低。结论:老年2型糖尿病患者体内细胞、体液免疫功能均下降。Objective： To investigate the baseline immune function status in the elderly type 2 diabetic patients by analyzing the changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets. Methods： Lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry in 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and 56 old control subjects. Results： The percentage of CD3 ^＋ , CD19 ^＋ , CD4^＋ lymphocytes, NK cells and the ratio of CD4 ^＋/CD8 ^＋ in diabetic group were lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, but the percentage of CD8 ^＋ cell was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The T lymphocyte immunological functions in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes are generally inhibited. Detection of the variations of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood can be used in immune function monitoring for the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
