摘  要:目的探讨中国北方地区汉族人醛糖还原酶(AR)基因C(-106)T基因多态性与2型糖尿病并发冠心病的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR—RFLP)技术检测了125例对照者、85例2型糖尿病患者(DM组)和78例糖尿病并发冠心病患者(DM+CHD组)ARC(-106)T多态性基因型和等住基因频率分布,同时检测了糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc),血糖(Glu),血脂水平。结果三组研究对象的C(-106)T多态性基因型和等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。CC基因型和CT+TT基因型组间HbAlc,Glu,血脂水平无明显差异,未发现ARC(-106)T与2型糖尿病并发冠心痛有相关性。结论ARc(-106)T多态性与糖尿病并发冠心病无明显关联性,不是中国北方地区汉族人糖尿病并发冠心病发病的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the effects of the interaction between Aldose Reductase (AR) C(-106)T on the presenee of gene polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with coronary heart disease (CHD) in Han nationality from Northern China. Methods Genotypes of AR C(-106)T polymorphisms were analyzed by using polymerase chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in 125 unrelated healthy individuals, 85 patients diagnosed of T2DM,and 78 patients of T2DM combined CHD. The relationship of gene polymorphisms of AR C(-106)T and levels of HbAlc,serum llpids,and glucose was also analysed. Results Neither the frequencies of genotypes nor frequencies of alleles of AR C(-106)T polymorpbisms were statistically different among DM patients,DM+CHD patients and controls (P〉 0. 05). Serum lipid levels ,glucose and HbAlc presented no significant difference between CC and CT+TT subgroups. Conclusion The C(-106)T polymorpbisms of AR gene showed no significant correlation with T2DM with CHD. It maybe not the major genetic risk factor of T2DM in Han nationality from Northern China.
