NGAL在急性白血病患者骨髓中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白（NGAL）在不同类型急性白血病患者骨髓中的表达，这对深入研究NGAL在急性白血病发生发展过程中所发挥的功能具有重要的科研和实践意义。方法运用免疫组化技术对132例急性白血病患者骨髓及健康对照组骨髓中的NGAL表达情况进行检测。结果NGAL在急性白血病患者骨髓中仅有极少数细胞可见阳性表达，健康对照组骨髓在中幼粒细胞及以下各阶段细胞均可见阳性表达，在18例急性粒细胞性白血病细胞（AML—M1）中未见阳性表达；在26例急性粒细胞性白血病（AML—M2）中仅有2％粒细胞可见阳性表达；在17例急性粒细胞性白血病（AML—M3）中仅有4％粒细胞可见阳性表达；在23例急性粒-单细胞性白血病（AML-M4）中仅有2％粒-单细胞可见阳性表达；在19例急性单核细胞性白血病细胞（AML—M5）中未见阳性表达，在25例急性淋巴细胞性白血病细胞（ALL）中未见阳性表达。结论急性白血病组NGAL表达量明显低于健康对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。NGAL在急性白血病的发生发展过程中起到重要的作用。Objective To detect the expression of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin（NGAL） in the bone marrows of different types of Acute Leukemia ,which was important to investigate the role of NGAL in the genesis and development of Acute Leukemia and to study it has important significance in scientific research and practice. Methods The bone marrows from 132 diagnosed Acute Leukemia patients were performed immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of NGAL,and another 32 normal bone marrows were served as control. Results A very few expression in the bone marrow cells of Acute Leukemia group was positive,but the expression of NGAL in the marrow myelocytes and advanced stage cells of healthy control group were positive. The results showed that there was no positive cells in 18 cases of acute granulocytic leukemia （AML-M1）,only 2 % granulocytes displayed positive expression in 26 cases of acute granulocytic leukemia （AML-M2）. While 4% granulocytes showed positive expression in 17 cases of acute granulocytic leukemia （AML-M3） ,and 2% granular-monocytes demonstrated positive expression in 23 cases of acute granular-monocytic leukemia （AML-M4）. However,there were no positive cells in 19 cases of acute monomyelocytic leukemia （AML-M5）,and no positive cells in 25 cases of acute lymphocytic leukemia （ALL） either. Conclusion The expression of NGAL in Acute Leukemia group are lower than the healthy control group and the difference had statistical significance. NGAL plays an important role in the genesis and development of Acute Leukemia.
