摘 要:目的研究气压管道物流传输系统对生化项目检测结果的影响。方法对普通住院病人、ICU病人进行采样,一针两管,通过气压管道物流传输系统及人工转运两种方式转送标本,随后进行生化指标的测定,并对测定结果进行分析比较。结果普通住院病人两种转运方式对生化项目的影响差异无统计学意艾(P〉0.05),ICU重症病人部分项目(AST,TBi,TP,ALB,K^+,PHOS)差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论气压管道物流传输系统对昔通住院病人生化项目基本没有影响,对ICU人群应慎重。Objective To study the effect of pneumatic tube system(PTS) on the examination of biochemistry. Methods To collect the blood samples from 30 hospital patients and 15 ICU critical patients by using separa.ting gel vacuum collective tube,a single sample needle for two tubes. The samples were sent to the laboratory via the pneumatic tube or delivered by a human carrier ,then perform the biochemical tests immediately,and compared the results. Results There was no significant difference between pneumatic tube and delivered by a human carrier in 30 hospital patients (P〉0. 05) ,but the levels of AST,TBi,TP,ALB,K^+ and PHOS were found to be increased in 15 critical patients (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The transport by PTS had no influence basically on the biochemical indexes. The PTS is good but must be handled seriously.
