Shewhart—cusum质控图在酶联法检测HBsAg室内质控中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨ELISA法检测HBsAg的室内质控方法。方法用ELISA法检测0．5ng／ml的HBsAg质控血清，采用Shewhart—cusum联合质控图制作质控图。结果检测浓度为0．5ng／ml的HBsAg质控品的s／co均值为1．879，5为0．205，告警限k为均值±1s，分别是1．674和2．084，失控限h为均值土2．7s，分别是2．433和1．325。结论Shewhartcusum联合质控图对于容易出现随机误差和系统误差的定性ELISA方法较为适用，并且准确区分随机误差和系统误差有助于临床实验室采取相应的措施有针对性的进行改正。Objective To explore the method of the internal quality control of ELISA detecting HBsAg in clinical immunology laboratory. Methods Measuring the control of 0. 5ng/ml concentration that stored in low temperature. Utilizing the Shewhart-cusum union control chart in the internal quality control. Results Average value of s/co was 1. 879, s was 0. 205,k were 1. 674 and 2. 084 respectively and the h value of control limits were 2. 433 and 1. 325 respectively. Conclusion The Shewhart-cusum union control chart appearing easy to finding out the random error and system error of qualitative ELISA. This method is more suitable for differentiating the random error and the system error accurately in the clinical immunology laboratory. It may play an importent role in the internal quality control of enzyme linked immunosorbentassay.
