摘 要:目的量化单值-移动极差困的误差检出能力,探讨其在临床实验室的应用价值。方法采用随机数字发生器模拟系统误差和随机误差。通过改变模拟值的均值模拟系统误差,改变模拟值的标准差模拟随机误差,量化单值-移动极差图对各种大小和类型的误差的检出能力。比较移动极差图与单值图、移动极差图与Westgard多规则质控的误差检出能力。结果单值图对系统误差的检出能力较强,移动极差图对随机误差的检出能力较强,且对“过渡阶段”的系统误差有一定的检出能力。移动极差图对系统误差的检出能力比Westgard多规则差,对随机误差的检出能力优于Westgard多规则,且检出速度更快,操作更简单。结论单值-移动极差图操作简便,结果易于判读,且在随机误差的检测方面有独特优势,因此,在临床实验室仍有应用价值。Objective To quantify the power function of error detection of X-Rs control charts,and evaluate its usefulness in clinical laboratory. Methods Various conditions of analytic system were simulated with a random number generator of Microsoft Excel table. Analytic errors, including systematic and random error ,were simulated in terms of multiples of standard deviation (SD). Systematic error was simulated by adding shifts. Increased random error was simulated by increasing SD. The power function of X-Rs control charts was quantified,and it was compared with Westgard multiple rules. Results X chart was sensitive to systematic error,while Rs chart was sensitive to random error. Although Rs chart wasn't as effective as Westgard multiple rules in systematic error detection ,it was more excellent than Westgard multiple rules in random error detection. Addltionally,Rs chart was more quickly to detect error,and easier to operate. Conclusion X-Rs control charts is still an effective and valuable quality control method in clinical laboratory.
