摘　　要：目的评价不同剂量糖皮质激素对鼻息肉患者内镜术后复发率的影响,并对用药安全性做评价。方法采用随机对照研究,将141例患者分为3组,第1组给予强的松30mg口服,1次/d,连续服用10d,加予曲安奈德每天2喷,连续使用2月。第2组仅给予曲安奈德每天2喷。连续使用2月。第3组给予曲安奈德25mg针剂鼻腔内滴入,2次/周,连续使用2个月。结果第1组和第3组复发率明显低于第2组,但第1组全身并发症高于其他两组。结论大剂量糖皮质激素能更有效的防止息肉术后的复发。Objective To evaluate the effect of different dose corticosteroid therapy on prevention of recurrent nasal polyps after revision endoscopic sinus surgery and the side effect of corticosteroid.Methods 141 patients with nasal polyps after ESS were selected.In group 1,47 patients were treated with topical steroid spray plus oral corticosteroid.In group 2,47 patients were treated with topical steroid spray only.And in group 3,47 patients were treated with triamcinolone acetonide-drop twice a week for 2 months after revision ESS.The recurrence of polyps between the two groups for 12 months were observed.Results In group 1 and group 3,the recurrent nasal polyps was much lower than that of group 2,but the systemic effect was higher in group1 than the other groups.Conclusion High-dose topical corticosteroid therapy may be more effective than low-dose topical therapy in preventing recurrent nasal polyps.
