公立、私立幼儿园儿童体格发育及营养状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的为了探讨蚌埠市公立和私立幼儿园儿童生长发育及营养状况,本文对4所公立和5所私立幼儿园3533名儿童进行了体格检查及评价。方法采取全国统一制定的测量方法,对儿童的体重、身高进行测量,以均值离差法六等级评价分析。结果体重在中上、上等的儿童公立幼儿园大于私立幼儿园,在下、中下、中低等的儿童私立幼儿园大于公立幼儿园,差异有显著性(P<0.05～P<0.01);身高在均值以上的儿童公立幼儿园大于私立幼儿园,差异有显著性(P<0.05～P<0.01);体重低下、生长迟缓、消瘦的发生率私立幼儿园的儿童大于公立幼儿园的儿童,肥胖儿童的发生率公立幼儿园大于私立幼儿园,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论加强托幼机构卫生保健管理,制定合理的带量食谱,定期进行膳食调查,使儿童获得足量均衡的营养;适当开展体格锻炼,大力宣传科学育儿知识,促进儿童生长发育。Objective To explore the nutritional status of children’s growth and development in the city’s public and private kindergartens,3 533 children in four public and five private kindergartens had been carried out medical examination and evaluation.Methods National uniformly formulated measurement method was adopted to measure children’s weight and height,the related data were analyzed.Results Better-than-average and superior rate of children in the public kindergarten was higher than that of children in the private kindergarten in weight.The low,middle and lower inferior rate of children in the private kindergarten was higher than that of children in the public kindergarten in weight.There was a significant difference（P〈0.05 to P〈0.01）.Better-than-average rate of children in the public kindergarten was higher than that of children in the private kindergarten in height.There was a significant difference（P〈0.05 to P〈0.01）.The incidence rate of underweight,growth retardation and marasmus in children in the private kindergarten was higher than that of children in the public kindergarten.The incidence rate of obesity in children in public kindergarten was higher than that of children in the private kindergarten.There was a significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Strengthening health care management in the kindergarten,formulating reasonable and abundant recipes,carrying out dietary surveys on a regular basis,ensuring children receive enough balanced nutrition,properly carrying out physical exercise,increasing the promotion of scientific child care knowledge,and promoting children’s growth and development were all necessary.
