摘  要:以七水合硫酸锌和硼砂为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为分散剂,运用新型的撞击流反应器进行了制备超细阻燃剂—硼酸锌的实验研究,探讨了反应温度、硫酸锌与四硼酸钠的摩尔比(锌硼比)、液固比(质量比)和反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件为:反应时间为6h;锌硼比为1.02:1;液固比为4.5:1;反应温度为80℃。产品用XRD、TEM进行了表征,结果表明产品纯度较高,平均粒径约为20~40nm。Using seven hydrated zinc sulfate and borax as raw materials for the SDBS dispersant, Zinc Borate, an ultra-fine flame retardant, was prepared in impinging streams reactor. The reaction temperature, the molar ratio of sulfuric acid Zinc to sodium borate (Zn/B), the ratio of liquid to solid and reaction time can be determined to study the product yield. The optimum conditions were as follows: reaction time being 6h, the ratio of Zn/B being 1.02:1, the ratio of liquid-solid being 4.5:1, the reaction temperature being 80℃. Products were characterized with XRD and TEM. The result shows that purity of product is higher when average size of particle is about 20 to 40 nm.
