摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT小毫安低剂量肺部体检的临床应用价值。方法运用多层螺旋CT对50例受检者行肺部扫描,扫描条件为120kV,25或50mAs,并进行标准与肺模式两种方式重建。结果 50例受检者中发现病变13例。结论多层螺旋CT小毫安低剂量肺部体检普查值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of small- mAs and low-dose muhai-slice spiral CT scan in chest physical examination. Methods Fifty patients underwent lung scanning with zhe multi-slice spiral CT and the scan parameters were as follows：120kV and 25 or 50mAs. And then the standard and lung models were reconstructed. Results We found lesions in 13 of the 50 patients. Conclusion It is worth promoting use of the low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scan in chest physical examination.
