摘  要:建立了用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定蒜苔中多菌灵和噻菌灵残留量的方法。用甲醇-盐酸溶液提取试样中的多菌灵和噻菌灵,经固相萃取净化,以ACQUITY UPLC^R BEH C18柱分离、串联质谱测定。多菌灵和噻菌灵的最低检出限均为1.0μg/kg;多菌灵回收率为92.8%~103.2%,相对标准偏差为3.57%-5.01%;噻菌灵回收率为90.9%-102.5%,相对标准偏差为3.44%-4.97%。A method for the determination of earbendazim and thiabendazole residues in garlic sprouts was established by UPLC - MS/MS. The sample was extracted with methanol - HCI aqueous solution, cleaned up by solid -phase extraction after separated on ACQUITY UPLC^R BEH C18 column, and then detected by tandem mass spectrometry. The minimum detection limits of carbendazim and thiabendazole were both 1.0 μg/kg. The recovery rates of carbendazim were 92. 8% - 103.2% with the RSD of 3.57% -5.01% ,while those of thiabendazole were 90. 9% - 102. 5% with the RSD of 3.44% -4. 97%.
