摘　　要：轻钢轻板住宅是一种新型住宅建筑体系。基于轻钢轻板住宅商品属性,价值是其经济性评价的基本内容。从性能评价和价格趋势角度对轻钢轻板住宅系统进行性价比分析,提出轻钢轻板住宅在评价上具有综合优势,其为社会带来长期的、可持续收益,为轻钢轻板住宅发展提供经济上的依据。Light steel and light board housing is one kind of new building system. Based on the commodity property of light steel and light board housing, the value is the basic content for its economic evaluation. Conduct performance price ratio analysis on light steel and light board housing from the perspective of performance evaluation and price trends, the article put forward that, light steel and light board housing has comprehensive advantages in the evaluation, and can bring long-term and sustainable income to the society and provide financial basis for the development of light steel and light board housing.
