摘　　要：就住宅厨房、卫生间的布局、通风排气等设计中遇到的实际问题提出探讨性意见,供设计师们参考,以此提高建筑工程施工图(含装修设计图)的设计质量,为住户提供较好的居住环境。The article puts forward exploratory proposals on practical problems encountered in the design of kitchen, bathroom layout, ventilation, and exhaust, etc., for the reference by designers, to improve design quality of building construction drawings （including decoration design） and provide better living environment to residents.
