摘 要:基于建筑全生命周期原理,将住宅能耗划分为物化能和运行能两部分,并从理论上探讨两者间的关系,对比分析两者间的全生命周期能耗。研究表明:生态住宅在运行能节省方面优势明显,但其物耗能相对较高,其总能耗需在全生命周期内综合核定。结合我国住宅能耗统计工作实际情况,提出需建立住宅全生命周期能耗统计数据库,不断完善数据库的主要数据类型,为我国生态住宅建设提供依据。Based on life cycle principle of the building, energy consumption of housing is divided into physical and chemical energy and operation energy. The article theoretically investigates the relationship between the two, and makes comparative analysis of the life cycle energy consumption between the two. The results show that, eco-housing has advantages of energy saving, but the physical energy consumption is relatively higher, and the total energy consumption shall be comprehensively determined within full life cycle. Combining with factual situation of energy consumption statistics in residential building of our country, the article put forward that it is necessary to establish statistics database of life cycle energy consumption of residential building, and continuously improve key data types of the database, and provide the basis for eco-housing construction in our country.
