摘 要:上海的里弄建筑在人居舒适性上面临很大的问题。在生态人居改造方面,里弄建筑有其优势,但更多的技术问题需要被解决。针对上海里弄生态化改造所面临的问题从使用者和建筑本身上进行了分析,并对里弄建筑的生态人居改造策略进行了研究。对于里弄建筑的被动式太阳能建筑的技术恢复、围护结构、隔墙、楼板、屋顶等构造方面,以及雨水收集、采光设施、空调系统等技术手段的可行性进行了研究与分析。Shanghaii-s lane buildings are confronted with big problem in comfortableness of human settlement. In the reconstruction of ecological human settlement, lane buildings have their advantages, but there are more technical issues to be resolved. Aiming at the problems of reconstruction of ecological human settlement of Shanghai i-s lane buildings, analysis is made on the user and the buildings themselves, and study is made on the reconstruction strategy of ecological human settlement of Shanghaii-s lane buildings. The article conducts research and analysis on technology recovery of passive solar building, building envelope, wall, floor, roof structures, etc., as well as the feasibility of technical means of rainwater collection, natural lighting, airconditioning systems, etc.
