摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在云母氧化铁表面上包覆纳米二氧化硅对其进行改性。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、能谱(EDS)和热重分析(TG)确定纳米二氧化硅是否包覆于云母氧化铁表面;扫描电镜(SEM)观察了云母氧化铁包覆前后的表观形貌变化;利用EIS技术研究了云母氧化铁经改性后对涂层耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:包覆在云母氧化铁表面的SiO_2颗粒大小一致,粒径大小约为40 nm;纳米SiO_2包覆云母氧化铁后使其表面具有纳米材料特性,从而提高了云母氧化铁的耐热性和疏水性,因此极大地增强了涂层的耐腐蚀性能。Micaceous iron oxide is of flake structure,effectively preventing corrosion medium from spreading and transmission; and can be widely used in anticorrosion coatings.But the anticorrosion effect is not so good in harsh environment.So,this paper introduces the modification of micaceous iron oxide,encapsulated by nano-meter silicon dioxide through sol-gel method. FTIR,EDS and TG are used to determine if micaceous iron oxide has been encapsulated by nano silicon dioxide;the SEM is used to observe the superficial morphology pre-and post encapsulation;and EIS is used to study the influence of modification on anticorrosion.The results show that SiO_2 particle size on the surface of micaceous iron oxide is uniform,being about 40nm; nano silicon dioxide encapsulated micaceous iron oxide is of the characters of nano material,therefore the heat resistance and hydrophobicity have been improved and the corrosion resistance of coating film is been enhanced.
