摘  要:文章探讨了镍与丁二酮肟(DMG)在氨-氯化铵底液中形成的极谱络合物吸附波,建立了快速测定湿法炼锌溶液中微量镍的新方法。丁二酮肟(DMG)—Ni(Ⅱ)在-1.03 V左右形成灵敏的络合物吸附波,镍浓度在5.1×10-9~5.1×10-7mol/L时,与相应峰电流有良好的线性关系。检出限为3.0×10-7mol/L。该法已成功用于锌浸出液、电解新液、废液中镍的测定,样品平行分析相对标准偏差分别小于2.50%、2.77%、2.35%,加标回收率:98.75%~101.5%。This paper discusses the polarographic adsorptive complex wave which the Nickel with dimethylglyoxime(DMG)in the ammonia-ammonium chloride solution form. A new method of the rapid determination of trace Nickel in solution of Zinc hydrometallurgy is established. Dimethylglyoxime(DM G) - Ni( [I )form sensitive adsorptive complex wave in about - 1.03 V. The adsorptive complex wave has good linear relationship with cor- responding peak current, when the concentration of Nickel is beween 5.1 × 10^-9- 5.1× 10^-7 mol/L. The detection limit is 3.0 × 10^-7 mol/L. The method has been successfully used to extract Nickel in the Zinc lixivium, the electrolytic new liquid and the waste liquid. Relative standard deviation of parallel analysis of samples are less than 2.50%,2.77%,2.35%,and recovery:98.75% - 101.5%.
