摘　　要：该文简要分析了中国数字电视产业链现状以及近年来一些问题产生的技术原因,提出了改变数字电视现状的"统一业务平台"的概念和需求,并且按照提出的需求对统一业务平台实现进行了概要设计。Based on the status quo of China's DTV industry chains and the analysis of technical reasons of problems in recent years,the paper proposes the concept of 'Uniform Business Platform'.The platform can effectively expand industry chains having TV stations,DTV network operators and viewers as center,attract more talents,financial resources,technologies to invest in the digital television industry,develop new business viewers need,and complete the change from watching TV to using TV.The paper also carried out a draft of an uniform business platform.
