摘  要:对毛竹材弧形竹片的干燥特性进行了研究,结果表明:干燥温度越高,干缩率越大,弦向平均干缩率大于径向平均干缩率;弦向竹青侧干缩率高于竹黄侧干缩率;当含水率降至5%以下时,干缩率趋于稳定;随着干燥温度的升高,弧形竹片依次产生翘曲、皱缩及开裂等现象。To improve utilization efficiency,bamboo(phyllostachys pubescens) culms were cut into arc plates for further value-added processes.In this paper,the drying characteristics of bamboo arc plate were investigated.The results showed that the higher the drying temperature,the greater the shrinkage rate and deformation.The average of tangential shrinkage rate was larger than that of the radial shrinkage rate.The tangential shrinkage rate of the outer wall of a bamboo culm was nearly twice of that of the inner wall.When the moisture content was below 5 percent,the drying rate and the shrinkage rate tended stable.Finally,it was observed that as the drying temperature rose,warp,crimping,and split were increased considerably.
