工程项目进度管理在保德黄河堤防混凝土连续墙工程中的应用

摘　　要：文中叙述了保德县黄河堤防混凝土连续墙的施工状况,该工程任务重、工期短、质量要求高,由于施工中采取了多项具体措施,包括管理措施、技术措施、经济措施等,加强了工程项目进度管理,工程按期顺利完成,工程质量得到了保证。In this paper,the construction situation of continuous concrete wall of Yellow River＇s Levee in Baode County is introduced.This project＇s task is heavy,its construction period is short and the demand of project quality is high.Because in construction progress,some concrete measures were adopted such as management measure,technical measure and other measures,the project progress mangement was strengthened,the whole project had been completed on schedule and the project quality had been ensured.
