摘 要:以丙烯酸丁酯为核单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙酯为壳单体,十二硫醇为壳层聚合的链转移剂,采用种子乳液共聚方法制备核壳结构的丙烯酸酯共聚物.研究单体、链转移剂的用量对壳层聚合物的玻璃化温度、黏流温度和熔体流动速率的影响,用扫描电子显微镜对乳胶粒结构进行研究.实验结果表明:加入丙烯酸乙酯或十二硫醇,可以降低壳层聚合物的玻璃化温度和黏流温度,增加熔体流动速率,加入质量分数为0.1%的十二硫醇可以使壳层共聚物(m(MMA)/m(EA)=80/20)的熔体流动速率提高到0.863g/min,提高了2个数量级,核壳聚合物乳胶粒径在100~200nm之间,粒径分布较窄.The acrylate copolymer with core-shell structure was synthesized by seeded emulsion copoly- merization by using butyl acrylate as monomers of core, methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate as com- onomers of shell, dodecyl mercaptan as chain transfer agent of shell polymerization. The influences of monomer and chain transfer agent on glass transition temperature, viscous flow temperature, and melt flow rate, and the morphology of particle sizes were studied. The results showed that the glass transition temper- ature and viscous flow temperature were decreased with the increase of ethyl acrylate and dodecyl mercap- tan. The melt flow rate was enhanced with the increase of ethyl acrylate and dodecyl mercaptan. The melt flow rate was 0. 863 g/min with the addition of 0. 1% dodecyl mercaptan. The particle sizes of core-shell copolymer late were in the range of 100 -200 nm.
